Head of Sales and Distribution

Key Responsibilities:
- Fundraising Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
- Investor Relationship Management: Build and nurture a robust network of HNIs, Family Offices, Institutions, and Overseas Investors.
- Investor Relations Strategy: Ensure regular and transparent communication through innovative IR strategies and collaterals.
- Distribution Network: Strengthen sales placements through IFAs, National Distributors, and other channels.
- Regulatory Awareness: Stay ahead of the curve on AIF regulations and compliance.

Sales and Distribution Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Fundraising Efforts: Assist in executing fundraising strategies under the guidance of senior leadership.
- Investor Engagement: Identify and engage potential investors, including HNIs, Family Offices, and Distributors.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities in the alternative investment landscape.
- Sales Support: Prepare presentations, proposals, and other materials to support the sales team.
- Distribution Network Support: Build relationships with IFAs, National Distributors, and other partners to maximize fund placement.
- Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance in daily activities.
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or financial services (freshers with exceptional drive are also welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A keen interest in investment products and financial markets.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
